It is necessary to do push up in right posture do get good results ⚡faster.
The steps are:-
1.open your hands ✋ front of shoulder not so close and not so far from arms.
2.maintain tour back head legs in a straight line as shown in 1st picture🖼️.
3.then bend your hands and go below as show in the 📊chart and then up in 1st position.
4.repeat it as much you can 20-30.
