high jump training for beginners

There are many types to do a high jump but for beginners this is best technique. 
Step 1:- run πŸƒπŸ’¨ from any side left or right as you prefer. 
Step2:- take jump 1 or 1.5 feet before to reach the rod. 
Step 3:- take jump and firstly pass one leg left or right depend on sides you run and then pass both legs as seen in the photo. 
* start from low height and then increase it.
